At Inspiration Factory LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy sets out in detail how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data when Clients and Users make use of FlowMagnet.
1. Data Controller

Inspiration Factory acts as the controller for data relating to Client registrations, licensing, and billing. Each Client remains the controller of personal data uploaded or processed within its own FlowMagnet instance.
2. Categories of Personal Data
The following data may be processed:
Registration data: name, email address, company, password.
Usage data: log-ins, participation records, IP addresses, device and browser information.
Communication data: messages, support requests, metadata.
Content data: uploads, webinar inputs, chat contributions.
Payment status data: processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record (MoR), with only transaction status shared with Inspiration Factory.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
to provide and administer FlowMagnet to Clients and Users (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to comply with legal obligations, including tax and commercial law (Art. 6(1)(c)); to pursue our legitimate interests in maintaining security, ensuring functionality, and improving services (Art. 6(1)(f)); where applicable, on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), e.g. for optional cookies or newsletters.
4. Disclosure and Third Parties
We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, analytics, conferencing, and support. Payment processing is handled exclusively by the MoR. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where legally required
5. International Transfers
Where service providers are located outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are implemented. However, we inform you that government authorities in certain jurisdictions (e.g. the United States) may access data for security purposes without effective legal remedies.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated or as required by law. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for security and functionality, and, with consent, additional cookies for analytics and improvements. Users can adjust browser settings to restrict or delete cookies.
8. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption (SSL/TLS), access controls, backups, and monitoring.
9. Obligations of Clients and Users
Clients and Users must treat personal data obtained within FlowMagnet as confidential. The unauthorised copying, disclosure, or misuse of other Users’ data is strictly prohibited.
10. Social Media
Our services may contain links to external social media platforms. Once accessed, their respective providers are responsible for processing.
11. Children
FlowMagnet is not directed at children under 16. Data inadvertently collected will be erased without undue delay.
12. Rights of Data Subjects
Clients and Users have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.
13. DPA Availability
Business Clients may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. A standard version is available as a signed PDF upon request.
14. Supervisory Authority and Complaints
If you believe that your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
15. Updates
We may amend this Privacy Policy. Updates will be published with effective date.
